Unless otherwise credited, the text, photographs, graphics, the Breakfast Bake name and wordmark, and the design of the site are owned by Breakfast Bake and protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. A list of ingredients on its own generally isn't protected by copyright, but our written method, notes, explanations and photographs are.

Sharing our recipes

• Welcome: linking to any page, and sharing a single photo with a clear credit and a link back to the original recipe.
• Please ask first: republishing a full recipe, method or article, using more than one photo, or any commercial use.
• Not permitted: presenting our photos or writing as your own, or removing credits or watermarks.

If you'd like to adapt a recipe on your own site, write the method in your own words and link to the original.

We may link to other websites for reference. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.

No warranty and limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
